died Jun.8,1825, (Jun.9, a.82, gs., Elm St. Cem.) at Braintree.

He was of Roxbury at the time of his marriage which is recorded at both Roxbury & Sudbury. He was elected hogreave 1778, surveyor of highways 1786, warden 1790. He lived on Common or Church St., Braintree on the N. side in a house now (1951) standing but much altered, a short distance west of Cherry St.
He was a Rev. Soldier.

N.P.47-212: Division of estate of Lemuel Veazie, Feb.14,1826:
To Lemuel Veazie, E. part of the house (on Common St.) etc. & 2 seats in the pew in the meeting house on the floor, bounded on -, etc.
To Susanna Thayer wife of Elisha, etc.
To Sarah Hardwick wife of Adam, etc.

Polly (Veazie) Loviss, widow of - of Boston (1st marriage)

NP-19930: Mary White died at Weymouth July 22,1875, leaving a dau. Mary A. Thayer. Will made Aug.11,1863 mentions her sons Silas Lovis & Calvin Lovis of Hanover & dau. Mary Ann Thayer, wife of Nathaniel T. (sic) Thayer of Weymouth & her husband Daniel White.

Deborah wife of Samuel Veazie dismissed to the Church at Norton Dec.8,1734, but he was there as early as 1728 as shown by deeds (S.D. 42-47).
When the town was divided into two precincts in 1708 the line was to go between John Penniman Jr. & Samuel Veazie, then between Theophilus Curtis and Francis Legaree, so was then living on N. side of Penn's Hill.
He was elected hogreave 1719, constable 1722. Moved to So. Precinct, now Randolph.

S.P.38-157: Will of Solomon Veazie, Mar.-1744/5 -
I give to my mother & sister Joanna Veazey half each, if I do not return again, & if I do return this obligation to be a void and of none effect & I give my mother Deborah Veazey power of attorney to call in all my debts.
Wit: Benj. Porter, Ruth Pain, Mary Porter.
Sep.24,1745: Court appoints Samuel Veazey of Braintree, husbandman & Elijah Jordan of Stoughton, husbandman, administrators.
