Hester Thayer did not marry Edward Hall of Braintree and Taunton as sometimes claimed.
(See Suffolk Deeds 35-15.

I do not believe Hester Thayer bapt. Nov.24,1636 married in 1650 at age 13 Edward Hall. Edward Hall and wife Esther or Hester had a son, born Jan.23,1650(1) when Hester Thayer was just over 14 years old.
Hester Thayer in 1695 was wife of Joseph Gray of Taunton whom she married after 1676 when his first wife died. Edward Hall died in 1670 at Rehoboth. (Sprague)
