To wife Hannah improvement of all for life, then to children of Mary Derby, dec., grandchn. of my late sister Sarah White $50. To Elisha French, grs. of my late sister Mary French $50. To Ezra Thayer son of Samuel White Thayer $50. Half of all R.E. to John Ludden of Easthampton, and his heirs, a deed which I delivered to Jonathan Wild Jr. Esq. to be held by him in escrow during my own wife's life, then to be delivered to said John Ludden. Other half to Ira Thayer and wife Sarah for improvement during their lives, then to their children Sarah Mariah Thayer & Silvanus Thayer, equally.
